As of the 21st January, 2025, I will be practicing Bowen Therapy from a new location in Morningside.
New address - Thynne Road Centre, 9/18 Thynne Road, Morningside.
Upstairs or take the lift to Level 1, turn left and then first door on the left is where you will find me in the Sunshine Centre.

Tuesday 7am - 6.30pm
Wednesday 7am - 6.30pm
Friday 7am - noon
Alternate Saturdays 8am - 2pm

I feel lucky and privileged to work as a holistic Bowen therapist in beautiful Brisbane. In March 2018 I completed my Diploma of Specialised Bowen Therapy with Bowen Training Australia and my Certificate of Specialised Bowen Therapy Procedures 2 with the legends of Bowen Therapy, Ossie and Elaine Rentsch. It is my heartfelt belief that Bowen Therapy is an incredible therapy that benefits anyone looking for better health and mobility. Every day I’m excited to help people heal and find better health through this practice.

Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a gentle, healing, hands on soft tissue therapy. It can remove pain and stress in the body. Whilst it is hands on, the Bowen moves are gentle and specific, direct manipulations of muscles, tendons, fascia, ligaments, nerves and joints.

Exercise Rehabilitation
Relevant stretches and/or exercises may be recommended to enhance your Bowen Therapy treatments and assist with recovery and self-management. One on one exercise rehabilitation sessions can also be booked as a separate appointment on a one off or regular basis.
